About the event
Our chef, Eddie Montalvo, (prev. Jean-Georges, among other Michelin star restaurants) will teach you how to make your own fresh pasta dough, create pasta shapes and design seasonal sauces. Each class will include an introduction to handmade pasta making, including the tools and equipment needed, basic ingredients required and general cooking techniques. The workshop will culminate with a plated lunch and wine pairing where you can enjoy your the fruits of your labors!
